   * I was absent for a week and the town is intact. Tyler and Astrid have been keeping an eye on Oleman. Our new chief of police, OJ, has chased our greatest threat, Greg the Goat, out of town (Cobb MacIntyre has decided to take on a deputy role as he prepares for retirement). Nella and Renn have kept up with the paperwork, and Nella has kept her farming classes going too.    * I was absent for a week and the town is intact.    * I’ve been trying to get in contact with residents of Anchor Rock who aren’t currently in town to make sure they are registered to vote. I also wanted to see how folks are doing generally. I’ve managed to get in contact with nearly every local and transfer on my records. Except, for the life of me, I cannot get anything from Cassie Tozer, Ayla Sage, Elowyn Sage, or Nora Teredo.  Romilly Barker arrived in Anchor Rock by train today. He wanted his house back. Unfortunately, as you can see in //Appendix F//, I have records that clearly document that he kindly donated the house to the town of Anchor Rock and rescinded his status as a resident here.
