 About: Nella Tsai, 23, has always lived in Anchor Rock.  As a kid, they were a bit of a social outcast and a little weird.  They have been running the Tsai family farm and watching their a-gong (grandpa) ever since her dad got sick and her dad and mom moved to the city so he can receive treatment.  She has a big sister who lives in the city working a mundane office job.   She has blue hair as well as freckles and a tan from working in the sun.  She looks friendly, if a little nervous at times.  Its not uncommon to see them talking to a little blue bird on their shoulder.
