Rain pours as the blaring skyline of the Big City shines, like a beacon against the bare night sky. From towering skyscrapers to mighty bridges to endless street lamps stretching across a vast concrete jungle. On the top floor of a freshly built apartment complex, the fresh paint still glistening against the rain, a little girl sits, taking it all in. In one hand she holds what appears to be a stale looking bagel, munching on it. Suddenly, the door to the balcony opens, a slightly larger boy wearing a toy hardhat and wielding a toy rubber hammer emerges into view: 'Come on sis, we're gonna miss the newest episode of the show!' Quickly retreating inside, the duo sits on a comfy sofa and turns on the TV, quickly flicking as if practised to the exact channel required. 'Momm, Dadd come on it's about to start any second now!' Suddenly, after a brief period of advertisements, a giant riveted metallic plague against a brick background pops into view. On it, in big yellow letters saying 'DELL THE BUILDER', as the theme songs starts playing:
Tools Check! Boots Check! Hard-Hat Check!
♫♫Dell the Builder, CAN WE FIX IT? Dell the Builder, YES, WE CAN! ♫♫
♫♫ Jane, Flo and Billie, and Irwin too, Crosbie and Nora, join the crew! ♫♫
♫♫ Dell and the gang, have so much fun! Working together, they get the job done! ♫♫
♫♫Dell the Builder, CAN WE BUILD IT? Dell the Builder, YES, WE CAN! ♫♫
♫♫ Time to get busy, such a lot to do, Buildin’ and Fixin’ till it’s good as new! ♫♫
♫♫Dell and the team make a really good sound! Working all day till the sun goes down! ♫♫

Suddenly, a large figure of Dell appears, pointing at the screen with a familiar hammer slung over his shoulder:
'Put on your hard-hats and fasten your tool-belts boys and girls, because oh man we got stuff to be building! Oh mann where do we start, now did I ever tell ya about that one time in Anchor Rock where I built this HUGE SIGN in front of the town hall. To welcome all the new travellers and stuff. And on it it said …'
The room erupts into cheers, as Season 7, Episode 23 of 'Dell the Builder' begins…
